Creative Professional Male for Room in Chill Flat

Hello :)

I am a creative professional working in the barbican art centre while also freelancing in film, and I am looking for a creative flat where we can socialise and share our interests. I work out of the house exclusively. I'm very unfussy and I don't need a big room.

I am clean and respectful and I like a nice balance of socialising and alone time. I'd love to hang out and go on nights out but I also like a bit of quiet time.

I think ideally we'd be able to consider ourselves friends rather than simply flatmates.
