Looking for a furnished room.

I'm am a professional working in fabric wholesale. I am looking for a warm and cozy space at North London (between N18 & N17) that will be my home.

I'm looking for a space where I can have my own private room. A shared kitchen, toilet/bath and laundry facilities would be fine. Wifi / broadband and peace and quiet at night time is a must! Gardens/Patio and being near parks would be a bonus.

I love to share space with happy and passionate people who value neatness, orderliness and privacy. I can be sociable and also keep to myself if you prefer. I got a great sense of humor as well. People who are creative, enterprising and love fitness and wellness is my tribe. I'm extremely thrifty and practical. I believe that we should spend money wisely, especially for the things and experiences we genuinely value.

I love to cook and prepare my own meals. And I don't mind preparing extra too. I am vegetarian, but I respect all food preferences for as long as you respect mine. I'm open to sharing housekeeping responsibilities as well, but I do like low maintenance housekeeping so we can spend more time doing the things we love.

I'm super chill, easy to get along with, dependable and open to exciting possibilities. And people who lived with me never go hungry. 😁
