Decent Human Seeks Decent Landlord

Hello Reader,

Allow me to introduce myself. 
My name is David, I am a 50 year young male. 
I am looking for a room where my very clean friendly cat can stay with me, she doesn't smell, she is very friendly and clean, She is an ex rescue cat who has been a house cat for 10 years . I am a builder/carpenter with a regular clientele.  I am also building Brightons first ethical for-all take away collection service which I shall be launching very soon. Think Deliveroo etc but up-to 35% cheaper for the customer and the take away business. I am a very keen cyclist.  I am always working. My current landlord I am living with needs my room back as her daughter needs to move back home. 
I have only just been informed today that SpareRoom site has a pet friendly section on this site. I never knew this before
A little bit about me. I spent a year on and off travelling to Calais and Dunkirk in Northern France to build shelters for refugees to give them a dry home. I also managed Brightons first conversion  from a double decker bus into a 16 bed emergency night shelter for Brighton's homeless people. 
I am a non-smoker who knows how to keep a clean house. I am friendly and also supportive.
