Buddy up and find a flat that feels like home

Hi, I'm Maria!

I'm a Knowledge Coordinator at a US law firm, in the office 4 days a week. Looking to buddy up with one person and find a 2 bed 2 bath furnished flat that actually feels like home.

Open to anywhere in Zone 2 or 3 with a sensible commute to Holborn, Chancery Lane, Temple, or Farringdon. No preference on direction, just somewhere that feels safe and is a nice modern build. New builds only for me, ideally with good amenities (a gym in the development would be a real win). Budget is up to £1,300 excluding bills.

I also come with Feddy, my miniature schnauzer. He's hypoallergenic, doesn't shed, and gets washed after every single walk. He's a very loving, gentle little soul who bonds quickly with the people around him and is incredibly loyal once he does. He's very much part of the household, so I'm hoping to live with someone who'd genuinely enjoy having him around.

A bit about me, I'm tidy and organised, love cooking and trying new recipes, and you'll usually find me exploring green spaces with Feddy, at the gym, or wandering around a new corner of the city. Laid back at home and really respectful of personal space.

Honestly hoping to find someone I'll genuinely click with and become friends with. Someone to catch up with after work, binge watch something on the sofa, cook a really nice dinner pretending we're on MasterChef, or have a glass of wine together after a long day. Equally happy with quiet evenings doing our own thing, just looking for that easy warmth where the flat feels like ours rather than somewhere we both happen to live.
