Double bedroom and storage space :)

I currently rent a lovely 2-bed flat in Exminster (approx £640pcm each, including bills). My flatmate is moving out, so her double room is available. The flat has two bathrooms (you’d have your own), and parking right outside. Message me for photos or more details.

Alternatively, I’m also open to moving and looking for a double room in or around Exeter. Storage space is important, and a garden would be a bonus.

I’m usually quite active and social although right now am a trainee social worker on a one-year fast-track course, so life is fairly focused on work and essays at the moment. I’m friendly, respectful, and used to sharing. I’ve lived in Exeter for many years (with a short stint in Bristol) and really value a trustworthy and tidy home environment.
