Hi Im looking for a self contained/flat/studio to rent ASAP, im currently unemployed and recieve UC, ESA and PIP. i know benifits will cover around £950pcm. I do smoke but always smoke outside so living with a non smoker or a non smoking property isnt an issue. im a very clean and quiet 36yr old single man that doesnt like drama and wants a pieceful life. I keep myself to myself and dont do that house partying stuff or drugs
