Looking for a bright space

Hello!

I am Yana (24f, UCL graduate in between things) and I am looking for a flat to share with others.

I am hoping for the place to have enough natural light to fool my body that the low sun is really not that bad. I am generally have a preference for a location in Hackney or Islington, but I have some flexibility on this front. As I am currently unemployed, I’m ready to pay upfront.

I am the type of flatmate that would love to go out for a coffee with you, but also give you some space when you need it. As a host I’m awkward at best, so I’m not eager to hold any parties or gatherings on my own, but I don’t mind if others in the flat do. (Though I’m always up for any type of board game.) I love spending time in bookstores and checking out any nearby parks and cafes. I also
love trying out new sports, though I’m not particularly great at any (current favorites: surfing, ice skating, and not having a set program at the gym).

I do find it important to see the property and meet you in person (these Sora videos are getting too good for my untrained eye!) so I am not interested if a viewing is not available.
