Room & En-suite or Annex wanted

I am looking for an annex or self contained place to live, or large room with a bathroom. I have my own cleaning business and volunteer in my spare time. I spend a lot of time with family and friends, and am looking for a small base. I strive to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. I have a good reference from my current landlord.
