Professional looking for a double bedroom

I am a 44-year-old professional working full-time at Imperial College London and am currently looking for a double room on a short-term basis for 2–3 months, starting in May.

I’m respectful and tidy, and I'd ideally like to share with just one other person. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home. I’m friendly and enjoy a good chat, but I’m no longer into partying, so I’m definitely not looking for a party house. I’m also fairly independent, so I’d get on well with someone who enjoys a glass of wine now and then but also values their own space. I go into the office three days a week and work from home the remaining two.

I'm a vegetarian and try to live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy walking, hiking, and spending time outdoors, and nature is very important to me. I would love my new home to be in a quiet, residential area.
