Room Wanted from 15th May Solihull long term

Hello!
My name is Anna, I’m 32 years old and a veterinary surgeon. I work around 6-7 days a week, I don’t smoke, and I don’t have children or pets. I’m very focused on my job, I keep my room tidy, respect cleanliness in shared spaces, and value the privacy of my housemates.

I’m looking for a room to rent in Solihull starting from 16–17 May 2026, for at least one year (but I would prefer to sign a contract for a minimum of 3 months, with a 1-month notice period after that.). My budget is up to £550 per month, and ideally the property would be close to B90 4NH.

I need a room with a bed, wardrobe, and ideally desk. A normal, quiet environment and mutual respect among housemates are very important to me.

I can provide references from previous landlords with no problem.
