Hi, I’m Sam & I'm 28 years old. I work in the football industry and I run my own business on the side. I’m planning to move to Manchester soon and looking for a flat to share with people of a similar age (20s to early 30s). My budget is roughly around £1k per month.
About Me:
I'm in the office Mon-Fri. I’m laid-back, sociable, and respectful of personal space. I enjoy meeting new people, going gym, and exploring new places (I’m originally from East Sussex) I'm very clean and organised and value open communication in shared spaces.
What I’m Looking For:
A well-located flat in a safe with plenty going on.
I'm pretty busy in the weeks with work so I would value hanging out on the weekends to let off some steam.
Ideally, a furnished or semi-furnished place
Flatmates who are friendly, considerate, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime.
What to Expect Living With Me:
I enjoy a chat over coffee or dinner but also value alone time.
I’m not a massive partier but enjoy the occasional night out and going to bars/ events etc.
