I am a professional male aged 31

I am looking to relocate from Devon after coming out of a long term relationship. Looking for a fresh start, somewhere I can settle down and sort myself out.

I am available to move from April 2026 and have a budget of £850 pcm.

If the property is shared I would like to share with males or females of any age.

I am a hard working professional, easy going, enjoy relaxing at home after work but also like going out an socialising and making new friends.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching films (mostly crime dramas or thrillers), eating out, cooking at home, entertaining and keeping fit at the gym. I also enjoy being outdoors or finding a nice beer garden to relax in when the weather is nice and sunny.

I don’t smoke, but I am a vaper but respect my potential housemates wishes and don’t mind vaping outdoors or away from the house if this is a problem for them.
