Looking for property share

I am looking to buddy up with a person so it would be a house share ..
It could be possible to rent a property together my preference would be Wellingborough or Earls Barton within a 15 mile radius but happy to discuss other areas..

I am quite a busy lady although retired from the payable work I do like to do volunteer jobs but not on a regular basis at this time..

I am very reliable and trustworthy having had my own property up to present..
My line of work has been in properties buying and selling and rentals..

I now spent a fair amount of time at my caravan but would feel more secure with a address..
