Looking for a calm space for myself and my kitty

Hi, I am a fully employed professional who is seeking to progress in my carrer and always willing to grow personally. I am an introverted extrovert I would say, that can socialise and sometimes just keep to myself. I do not party or go out much as work and travelling to work takes away a lot of my time. I am forced to leave my current home and hope to find something cozy and safe.
My little furball, Steve (boy cat) is 7 years old and he is my baby. I could never separate myself away from him, so hope there are people who understands this love. He is well behaved with some zoomie sessions at place, a bit shy and say meow a lot.
So hopefully, there is someone out there who is looking for someone peaceful and at times a bit crazy (i am like a walking comedy, when I'm comfortable with people :D )
I am tidy, respectful and understanding, dont really like noise, but sometimes sing to boost my mood.
I have some of my furniture I have purchased recently, so hopefully I could bring it with me, if possible.
