24F Professional Seeking Double Room South London

Hey, I’m Monét, 24 ✨ Full time 9–5 professional working in central London and creative/music brain by night 🎶 I’m pretty independent and spend a lot of time in my own world gym, cycling, seeing friends, random solo missions but I also love a good kitchen chat and the occasional wine and life debrief 🍷

I’m tidy but not militant about it. Surfaces get wiped, bins don’t overflow, rent is always paid on time 💅🏽 Calm energy, drama-averse and very respectful of personal space. I’m not looking for a party house, but also not silent monastery vibes. Somewhere friendly and grown would be ideal.

I do enjoy a little smoke to unwind sometimes 🌿 and I’m very considerate about it, always outside or in the garden rather than indoors. Nothing chaotic, just chilled. I mostly keep to myself, but occasionally I’ll have a friend over and I’m always mindful about noise and happy to keep things to my room.

I work in central so ideally I’d like to stay south of the river as it’s easiest for me to commute. Peckham would be perfect and I’d happily look at New Cross, Kennington and surrounding areas too, anywhere within about 15 minutes of Peckham works for me.

I’m ideally looking for a double room and an ensuite where possible. I understand the rent may reflect that and I’m happy to stretch for the right setup. My budget is around £1000 including bills, but flexible for the right place and vibe.

Ideally I’d like to live with one other person, maybe two at a stretch, aged roughly 21–31. I’m open to living with a guy or girl, I’m more about good energy, emotional maturity and mutual respect ✨
