I am looking to move in immediately (before May) and I can provide a landlords reference as well as a personal reference. I'm looking for bills included in the rent £700-£900 and I would prefer a smaller number of occupants if possible. I am quiet and keep to myself, i enjoy reading, walking, and gaming.
