Looking for someone to rent a flat with

Hello, I am a 29 year old female and I am looking for someone to ‘buddy up with’ and find a new flat. I moved to Manchester last year in April and have rented a flat in Elizabeth Tower, opposite deansgate tower with a girl I met on spare room. It’s been a fabulous year, we’ve got on so well but she has decided to move home to save money at the end of the tenancy and so I need to find something new! I also would like a change of location / vibe and maybe try a newly built building.

My tenancy ends 24th April so I would need to take a flat latest 24th April to move across.

I am therefore looking for someone who I would get along with to search for a flat to rent together. It would be lovely to become friends and occasionally do things together!

Hobbies wise, I love the gym, running (just started again!), walking on weekends, morning coffee / matcha run, love a Sunday pub lunch. Love a glass of white or red as the odd treat.

I’m extremely neat and tidy and like my space immaculate.

I’m typically an early morning riser for the gym unless work is full on!!

I tend to go home to my family or boyfriends at least once a month, and so if you like weekends to yourself or for friends or family to come round then that could work well.

I’ve stopped going out partying now, my job is fairly stressful and I love having a clear head for wholesome activities and a good week at work.

Look forward to chatting to whoever thinks we would get along. I’m around for coffees in Manchester this weekend or early next week. I work in St Peter’s square so very central and can always nip out of work easily.
