Professional Business ( in development )

I am looking for a self contained flat / annex ( 750 pm ) or a large double (650)
My business is now in its tech development phase which is currently underway, I will also be working away weeks on end.
I am looking for either sole use or in conjunction with someone who is equally active and independent and who is in a position to realistically accept a tenant.
I am clean, have good checkable references and I come with no dramas.
I have a partner who I alternate between- she would stay a couple of days ( 2 ) per week.
I am out during the days - I expect that by then, (April) I will be heavily engaged with the Suffolk area as a whole.

I am looking for some sanctuary, I am very relaxed and calm which I seek with a passion. I have respect for boundaries, space, privacy and property.

I am equally happy to rent a room from a retired landlord/ lady who could use extra help around the home and garden at no cost.

I love comedy nights, film- the gym and travelling and I’m pet friendly.

No HMO’s with more than 3 Tenants.
