2 professional females seek double rooms

We are two professional females aged 22 and 23 looking for double rooms in east/ north east London. We are currently living in Finsbury Park and rlly like the area and surrounding areas. We are both creative people and work in both the creative industries and hospitality.
We are open to sharing and buddying up with other people to fill a flat or joining a flat.
Ideally our combined budget has a maximum of £1900 pcm (850 pp). We are open to sharing with anyone ideally around the same age as us or up to around 35 and would be great if they are also creatively minded but this would just be a bonus.
We are both tidy and considerate individuals who like to keep a calm and well kept space and would be great to find people who can match this vibe. We like to spend time in communal areas after work and watch tv/ share a drink time to time so would be great if someone we are sharing with would like to be involved in this.
