Looking for a Third Flatmate / Buddy Up

Hi girls!
We're Esme (25) and Amina (24) and we're looking for a third flatmate to join us when our current contract ends on 9th June (move-in around end of May / early June).
We've been living together for about a year with one of our other friends, but she's going travelling this summer
and we're now
looking for someone lovely to join us.
Ideally we'd love to meet beforehand (coffee or brunch date
) and then either look for a new
place together or renew our current flat if it works for everyone.
We'd ideally love to stay in East London
but
we're open to other options too

A bit more about us:
I work in fashion and Amina works in marketing.
We're both quite social and love staying active whether it's gym, Pilates, running, long walks, or coffee shop hopping
2. But we also love
cosy nights in, cooking together, watching something, and the occasional girls' night
We're both clean, respectful, and mindful of each other's space, and would love to live with someone with a similar vibe
We're looking for:
- Someone around a similar age and friendly, respectful, and easy to live with
- Ideally also interested in living in East London
- Budget of £1,000+ per month (excluding bills)
Move in date: end of May/early June
