No Flatmate; Self-Contained Accommodation Needed
A recent Master's graduate in publishing, I currently work from home as a freelance editor while also seeking additional local employment onsite. I'm an introvert who enjoys visiting historical sites and attending biblical study.
I'm planning to move to fully furnished, self-contained accommodation as soon as possible, since my current landlord is selling the house. Priority is given to property located in cold region, such as the Scottish Highlands, or a historic small to medium town (<50 km²) or commuting village within walking distance of public transportation.
Any type of accommodation ꟷ flat, maisonette, cottage, static caravan, converted shipping container, etc. ꟷ is fine as long as it has no shared indoor facilities, especially the kitchen (a shared outdoor area is all right). NOT interested in buddying up for flatmates.
The stated budget includes all bills and council tax. If the rent does not cover those, the budget is up to £700.
