Looking to create a home in SE

Hello,

My name is Kobi and me and my deer friend Dan are looking for 3 people to get a home together in south east London (Camberwell To Deptford). We are looking to create a home base for our wider community and to support each other with our personal creative projects. Let's make a home where everyone feels comfortable-meaning non violent communication and respectful use of the space. Although we both enjoy our alone time we are pretty keen on cultivating genuine connection and a proper foundation of trust within the house.
Looking to pay no more than 750-900 each monthly.
