Looking for a double room.

I'm a 49 yo respectable male currently living in Birmingham.
I'm looking to rent a double room in Birmingham or Kidderminster. Preferably close to public transport as I don't drive.
Some storage space and my own bathroom is a must for me.
I'm very laid back, easy going, clean, tidy, considerate.
I'm sociable but also value my own time and space.
I like the outdoors and am happiest when I'm cycling or doing anything in nature. Also love cats! Don't mind dogs either, I regularly walk my neighbours dog 😁
I've recently had a change in relationship status, so have sold my house.
I have a regular income and some savings.
I'm an open book and will happily answer any questions and do any reference checks required.
