Lady Needing A Preferably Self-Contained Place

Whilst I am willing to consider places that don't have the following, if somewhere has other features of interest to me, most ideally I am looking for somewhere with a dedicated bath for the space that I would be using. A washing machine is also preferred (most preferably only for the space I would use). I very much like some garden space as I love plants and flowers, but that is not as important as the bath. A location very close to bus routes is preferred. An entirely self-contained space is very useful to hear about if any are available.
