Open-minded, looking for room
I'm 31, originally from near Manchester but living in London for several years.
I work three days a week in a theatre and two days a week for a disability charity. Generally one or two days a week working from home.
Often go travelling and a big lover of languages (I'm always up for practicing my Chinese, French, or German!).
Occasional nights out, regular meals out. Looking for a mixed house where we respect each other's space but can also socialise together some of the time.
Very open-minded about area, generally looking in zones 1 or 2 but open to north/east/south. Looking for a furnished double room. I'm gay and would like to find an LGBT or LGBT-friendly household.
Budget is £1,000 per month including bills and council tax (roughly £850-900 just for rent). Can happily provide employer references, current landlord reference, payslips etc.
In terms of moving date, I am ideally looking to move on a Saturday or Sunday in April so I am quite flexible. Weekdays could also work if needed.
