Seeking 1 bedroom LTR

Hi!

I'm originally from Melbourne, Australia and have been living in London since March 2025.

What I'm looking for:
- Dates: would be able to move in late March until my current tenancy ends April 24.
- Budget: around £800-£1000/month. Ideally under 1k including bills but have a little bit of wiggle room if the absolute perfect place pops up!
- Area: Ideally inner islington/inner hackney, but I'm more fussy about proximity to public transport than specific area. I work minimum of 1 day per week in Vauxhall so as long as the commute to there isn't too heinous I'm open to most areas.
- Ideally furnished but partially furnished is fine too!

About me:
- I'm in my mid-twenties and work as a conference producer where I travel a fair bit (~3 days/fortnight during Feb-June and Sept-Dec.)
- I am a warm & friendly (but also enjoy my alone time) non-smoker, who enjoys dinner and a cocktail/glass of wine over clubbing/partying (but don’t mind if you smoke/party).
- In my spare time I love going to markets, theatre shows or exhibitions around London, but equally enjoy having a night in watching TV or working on my latest crafting project.
- I am happy to interact/hang out with my flatmate/s as much or little as personal compatibility and boundaries dictate.
- I have experience of (successful) long term house shares, here and in Australia, and can provide housemate references if need be.
