I am a female student aged 22, studying classical double bass at the Royal Academy of Music. I spend most of my days practising at the conservatoire (no playing in the flat) and am looking for somewhere close to unwind after long days of school and work! I am looking for a room in a flat or flatshare, and I am available to move from late spring. My budget is £850 pcm, with bills included in the rent. I would prefer to share the flat with females of any age.
