I’m James, a 25-year-old English teacher, looking for a new flat with 2-4 kind sociable people. A nice tidy kitchen and decent living room area. I’m a sociable person so would like to get along with my fellow tenants but I also respect everyone’s right to personal space.

When I’m not working, I like to stay active through sports and running, ideally with good company. I also love getting creative whenever possible, primarily through drawing and sculpting.
