29 yr old Professional looking for a Double Room

Hello! I’m Andy, a 29 year old working in Digital Advertising & originally hailing from (unfortunately) Essex.

Here’s a little bit about what I'm looking for:

✔ A double room in a clean and tidy flat/house
✔️ A modern shared living area (furnished)
✔ Budget: £1,600 max inc bills
✔ Nearby transport links & local amenities
✔️ Preferred areas: Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham
✔️Garden / patio / balcony would be a plus

A little about me:

I’m super easy going, really tidy and respectful of people’s personal space. Being relatively new to London-living, I’m always down to explore new places whether it’s pubs, restaurants, comedy clubs, coffee spots or anything in between. I’m also into pretty much all sports, particularly football, rugby & tennis (despite being awful at all three & a very unfortunate West Ham fan).

I’d love to move into a relatively social house of friends and not just house mates. I’d be keen to get stuck in with hosting dinner parties or just casual nights out at the local. 😊

I work from the office 4 days a week (Mon - Thurs) so I only WFH on Friday’s.
