Moving to Leeds for work (around April 18th to 20th). Ideal house would be about a 30-minute or less commute to the city centre. My preferred areas are Burley, Chapel Allerton, Kirkstall, and Headingley.
I'd like a smaller house (max 4 bedrooms), preferably ensuite, with plenty of storage and space in the room for a desk and chair.
