Mature Professional

I'm a 37m chartered engineer making satellites for a major aerospace company. I'm 99% office-based, working regular, full-time hours. I'm saving for a house deposit.

I'm looking for a large double within a mature and considerate household, sharing with max. 1 or 2 others.

Your place needs to be easily commutable to both Alton and Guildford. Transport-wise: I have a bicycle and a small car. I need someplace dry, convenient and secure to lock my bike, such as a locked garden shed, or garage. I also need allocated parking for the car.

I'm quiet about the house and I keep the place clean and tidy. I prepare most meals myself, so a good kitchen with ample fridge/cupboard space would be a plus.

During the week I generally don't get back until 8/9pm, but I do spend waking hours in the communal areas socialising, so a lounge/sitting area is essential.

I'm happy to help with upkeep, such as: bins, gardening, light DIY etc.

I enjoy: exercise, coffee, and Sci-fi.
