Looking for medium-long term stay in Brighton

I am moving to the UK for the next 2-3 years from Toronto Canada and am looking for a safe place to settle in. I work in digital marketing and plan to work a hybrid schedule (a few days in office a week). I am looking for a quiet/somewhat social environment, I'm open to shared spaces but also like my own space (would prefer separate bathrooms ideally). I'm a plant person, but otherwise fairly minimalistic in nature. I like to bake and play tennis in my spare time.
