Seeking a relaxed and tidy flatmate/flat!

Hi! I’m searching for a room to rent with someone who also prefers a laid back atmosphere and is an open communicator. As a housemate, I'm respectful and pretty quiet. I appreciate privacy but am also a friendly person who's usually up for a bit of a chat. An organised and uncluttered atmosphere is preferred. I work in agricultural management with long weekday hours and keep busy with frequent indoor rock climbing in the evenings. I’m hoping to stay within Brighton & Hove but will need to be either north, east or west of Preston Park for easy access to the A23. I’m happy to consider nearby rural or village properties as long as they’re within a 25-minute drive of Brighton. Parking required, on-street permit parking is fine.
