Friendly looking for a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm Simon Waltho, turn 38 in December, I'm an IT guy / geek, keep to myself and I'm quiet, have lived on the Wirral all my life

Rent was raised on my flat so I had to move back home last year with my parents and now I'm desperate to find a new place.

I mostly spend my time on the computer, building model kits and things like that. And looking after my dog.

I have a 13-year old Corgi named Cosmo, who is mostly deaf, very well behaved, likes other people and does not bark etc. He's a good boy. He would also only be with me 3 days per week and then back with my mum on the others. He is also neutered.

I'm uneployed due to long term health reasons, but I can cover the rent with my benefits.

Most important thing for me is to be in a relaxed atmosphere with no stress.
