Looking for a room in North/ East London

Hi!

I’ve just started a civil service role in North London and am looking to move closer to work. I’d love to make somewhere feel like home rather than just a room - adding some plants, sharing the occasional meal, or grabbing a coffee/drink with flatmates would be great, but I also fully respect personal space & time!

A bit about me - I enjoy walks, cooking, and going to gigs (both solo & with others). I take pride in my home, so I’m tidy and respectful but also understanding of other’s busy schedules.

What I’m looking for:
• A double room with space for a desk (I’ll be working from home 2/3 days a week but happy to do this in my room rather than communal areas - likely to be back fully in the office in August).
• Budget: Up to £1,050 including all bills & council tax.
• Preferred areas: Holloway/Archway, Harringay, Hackney
