Looking for an entire house or a roomie

Hello, I've recently moved to Barnstaple for a job in local government. I'm looking for a 2- or 3-bedroom house for me and my very well behaved 3-year-old Whippet. I've got a good, stable job and income. I'm very friendly, respectful and tidy, and I value integrity and honesty.

Ideally, I'd like to find a like-minded person in a similar situation to team up and search for a rental home together. I've shared a house before, and I've appreciated cultivating a shared environment with housemates. It's about fostering a friendly, respectful and trusting atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. If you're more of a keep-to-yourself type, this might not be the best fit for me. While I'll definitely respect your need for space, I'm also hoping to find a housemate who's up for building a friendship.
