Canadian looking a Room/Flatmates

Hiiii!

Canadian living & working in London. I’m an HR analyst for a fintech company, across North America & the UK. Currently in Clapham area. Ideally still looking in the same area/ southwest London. Pretty open as long it’s near the tube for my commute to work. Looking for something for the start of March. Around 1000£ ideally but negotiable pending on what’s included. Most days I’ll be in Office, but would also WFH a few days a week.

I would like to be apart of a social household, with flatmates who like to do things together, whether that’s a night out at the pub, theatre show or honestly just chilling at home snacking and Netflix. I’m really outdoorsy and love strolling around town on the weekend checking out some new cafes and shops. I’m a spontaneous traveller - I will be that guy to leave work on a Friday to catch a flight to Italy for the weekend, jet back Sunday and ready for the Monday grind. 😂 Some call it chaotic, but really I’m just using my time wisely.
I love hiking, scuba diving ( my background is in marine biology actually), love me some rose with a good book & and TTPD on blast… yes and most importantly a Swiftie 👀🫶🏼.
