Hello, my name is Neil,

I was born in Dublin and moved to Cape Town when I was 9 and then to London over 4 years ago.

I currently live in De Beauvoir (actually on Tottenham road) and I am moving due to the house being sold, but love the general area so much.

I work in renewable energy policy, specifically geothermal and heat decarbonisation.

I work three days a week in the office and am usually working till 8/9 and often do swimming and Pilates after work. During the weekend I am often seeing friends in the day and evening but rarely come home late.

I am a good cook, very clean, have always paid my rent a day early.

I can provide two excellent references of my current and past landlords.

I only drink maybe once every 6 weeks and probably attend a handful of parties a year but am quite social and out of the house.
