Contracts in and around Manchester

I am looking for a medium-long term contract to settle in to. I recently moved to somewhere with a short term contract which ends soon, and would love to find another room in a similarly chill and friendly house/area.

Ideally I would find a place with two spare rooms that me and my friend can move into together.

Though I'm not searching for any area in Manchester exclusively, I have a few in mind, in particular somewhere near Stockport (where I work) or with good tram/bus links to Stockport (like near Piccadilly).

A bit about me - I'm 25 and a graphic designer. Currently working, mostly in-office but around once a week remotely, so would also need a desk (or space to put one). I am friendly and fairly reserved, and especially now that I've moved to a new city, eager to explore it, meet new people and try new things. So far I've been doing things like Spanish nights, LGBT groups, board games, rock climbing, in addition to my other interests in football and reading.

Hoping for a house/flat share with similarly sociable, laid back and tidy people, male or female, somewhere roughly around my age.

I am aiming to move in soon – hopefully February.
