Double ensuite room, flat,studio, apartment wanted

We are a Married couple both 54yrs looking for a double ensuite room, studio, flat, apartment, the property must have ensuite facilities
and nearby parking, we are looking for a long term let within the Leicestershire area,

We presently live in a HMO, so we don't mind another HMO, but we are also looking at studios, flats, apartments, with the HMO we are very accustomed to sharing and we feel we make very good housemates and have a good relationship with the current tenants and our landlord, we are a quiet couple who like a clean and tidy environment.

Our main reason for deciding to move is at the moment we share bathroom amenities and would prefer to have our own private bathroom, we are also looking for a new challenge so we are open to lots of other areas in Leicestershire.

So basically if it has our own bathroom we are open to any properties except a house, unless it's a 1 bedroom house, we have 1 car so need parking, looking for long-term only upto around £700 per month.
We are good reliable tenants, that like a clean home, we are a quiet couple that like walking, travelling, cooking at home or going out for a meal, enjoy a good film, reading, we have a good sense of humor so we like a good comedy/comedian.
