I am a friendly guy, clean, tidy and polite, i am always on time to pay rent and if youd like i can get it paied stright to your account if that helps. I can't work due to my health issues so am receiving benefits and wca so I'd need someone who's willing to accept benefits please and although I don't work I will be out and about working on my leg strength
