🏡2 professional cousins seeking new home

We’re two cousins, aged 21 and 28, looking to rent two rooms in the same property, or a spacious two bedroom setup.

We’re both working professionals and are responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

• I’m 28 and a founder running my own business remotely
• My cousin Nicole is 21 and also a professional
• We’re sociable but calm, and value a peaceful, well kept home
• Non smokers, no pets

We’re ideally looking for a place where we can live together and are happy to be sociable or maintain our own space, whatever feels most comfortable within the household. We’re very easy going, career focused, and enjoy travelling in our spare time. No wild parties or late night noise.

Ideally, we’re looking for a smaller household, perhaps with one or two other people, and a calm, respectful living environment.

For reassurance, I’m happy to pay my rent upfront as a business owner if that provides additional comfort to a landlord or live in owner.

Budget:
• My budget: up to £850 PM
• Nicole’s budget: up to £750 PM

We’re flexible on move in dates and would love to find somewhere we can settle into longer term.
