Looking for a double room - December Move In.

Hello! I moved back to London after 3 years in NYC. I’m looking to build/curate a new environment rather than waiting to join one. (The search is rough…)

I’d like to start a new lease at the end of October in a place with people(s) who have their own interests and are willing to live in a clean environment. (I have seen a few two bed situations, discussed below)..

After 10 years of living with people, I have an idea of what I want from a living situation.

I want to make the new space more of a home than anything. Where spaces of clutter is at a minimum. I don’t have a partner to do that with so next best thing is to build that with someone likeminded.

I’m someone who’s active in the gym, a designer, into cooking and drinking and I also like a pint at the pub. I looking to work pretty hard professionally but will have time to socialise with you. It would be a place of respite and mutual entertaining.

I’ve sought out some great two bed set ups in Bethnal G, Whitechapel, Stepney Green area which I’d like to stay in because it’s well connected. I do need a bit of furnish atm but open to discussing.

I’m willing to come to an agreement on the rental split giving you the bigger room. This is the only way I’ve been able to find decent spaces that are within my budget living with one other person.
