Couple Seeking 1–2 Bed Home Long-Term

Hi, I’m currently looking for a 1–2 bedroom property to rent in Torquay, Barnstaple, or surrounding areas in Devon.

My partner and I are looking for a long-term, stable home. We are both currently receiving Universal Credit (housing element), and we have also applied for Discretionary Housing Payment which can assist with deposit, rent in advance, and any shortfall if needed.

We are quiet, responsible tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful living environment. We are ready to move as soon as a suitable property becomes available and can provide all necessary documents and references.

We are flexible on location and open to different property types, ideally a self-contained flat or small house. We are happy to answer any questions and can be flexible with viewings.
