I am a professional female aged 31. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 10/01/2026 and have a budget of £1,000pcm. I would like to share with males or females.

I work in central London in the office everyday so I am up and out early, however, I will be starting to work from home once a week. Date to be confirmed and can work around others if needed.

Would love somewhere with a garden or close to local parks. I love being social but equally respect everyone's need for space and peace and quiet, I am not someone who likes to party or bringing groups of people back so would like somewhere more quiet. I am tidy and friendly.

I love football and spend most weekends watching football so I’m not normally around much on Saturdays. Outside of that I go to the gym and like socialising with my friends, going to the pub or just relaxing and watching tv.
