LANDLORDS: DO NOT MESSAGE ME.
I am after a home with folk who I get to meet before moving in, hence why I don't want landlords to message me with their impersonal messages advertising houses within any background knowledge of the housemates!

I'm Steff, 31 Queer, They/them.

*Looking to move in July 2026.
* Looking for long-term tenancy and a place to call home

🏡 Would love to live in a house with..

* Sociable housemates who love to cook meals together, hang out sometimes, create community and treat each other with kindness and care. I like my alone time too, but I really value community and great communication in.
* Lots of sillyness, laughs and openess.
* Others who are respectful, clean, kind and value communication.

As a tenant..

* I will always aim to keep a caring and positive dynamic with those that I live with.
* I treat my home as a place to relax and be cosy.
* I like to have friends over for dinner on occasion, love to cook with housemates, but am not a partier. Although I love a boogie sometimes!
* I am respectful of others needing space/quiet time.
* I value healthy open communication between house mates, and want to create a comfortable safe environment for anyone to raise concerns and feel heard.

🎨 How I spend my time..

* Craft clubs - usually chatting and not getting much done 😂
* Checking out a gig.
* Hiking/long walks/running.
* Reading about gender, sexuality, historical fiction, other bits and bats.

The things I value the most in myself and others is community care, creativity, silliness and kindness.
