Looking to buddy up for a cute place near Elephant & Castle, Waterloo, London Bridge etc!

Renting a room solo in London is so expensive, so I’d love to buddy up with two people or three and rent a place together instead. Feels way more worth it and hopefully a lot nicer too.

Ideally looking to move end of June or beginning of July.

Budget wise I’m looking at around £1300 max including bills, which would be roughly £1100 rent if bills come to around £200 per person. Looking for people with a similar budget. Bonus if we find somewhere great and it ends up being less per person.

I’m hoping for a bright, semi spacious place with a proper living room so it actually feels like a home where we can hang out and socialise, not just separate bedrooms. Would love to grab a coffee first to see if we’re a good fit and on the same wavelength.
