Friendly, clean professional seeking room or buddy

Hello! I’m looking for a place to live with my adorable tiny dog (fully trained, the goodest boy, has always lived in flats). I’m clean, reliable and considerate and would be looking to live with someone who is too. Kindness to animals and smoke-free living space are non negotiable.

Looking for a smoke-free, bagpipe-free, and otherwise pet free place (Woody wouldn’t want to share attention with any other furbabies) to settle for at least 6 months but preferably longer. I am looking for somewhere near work (King’s buildings) so I will be close by to tend to Woody.

In return you can expect prompt rent, random home baking, terrible jokes, help around the garden (I have a certificate in horticulture!) and lot of dog cuddles 🥰 bonus points if you’d like to share a meal from time to time and have board game/movie evenings!
