Aussie looking for house share or buddy up!

Hey, I’m Nat, a 34 year old Aussie looking to find a room or flat share/buddy up from mid March (flexible) onwards in London (preferably zone 1 and North of the river).

A bit about me:
Another Aussie who lived in London for a few months in 2023 for a short work stint, and loved it so much, I’m now back! In my free time I love exploring London’s eateries, events and pubs, travel, tennis, Pilates and enjoy a sneaky wine or two with friends as much as a workout and coffee to start the day!

I’m a social butterfly and love exploring new things and places but equally enjoy quiet nights in! I value a clean and tidy living environment and respect personal space.
📍I’m looking for somewhere in zone 1, preferably North of the river (Areas: Covent Garden, Soho, Fitzrovia, Marylebone, Holland Park, Angel, Islington, Farringdon, Shoreditch, Spitalfields)
💰My budget is £1200-£1500 but would consider more for the right place and ideally with an ensuite and close to a tube station
