Dear all,
My name is Lucilia, I work as an administrator in a Russel Group University.
I am looking for a double room, ideally unfurnished/part furnished as I have a bed and mattress. I am available to move from 01/05 (a bit flexible) and have a budget of up £1,000pcm with bills.
I am calm, tidy and clean, not a party person. I am considerate and very respectful of other's space, but also happy to be friendly! I am careful when it comes to noise, clean up after myself, and I love baking when I have time, so sometimes I like to leave a treat for my housemates 😊
Ideally, I would like to live close to a tube station, to a gym and a supermarket. I am trying to be more active, so I play tennis and go to the gym regularly.
